How to Invite Your Team

Invitations and Team Management

To get your team into your project, click the ‘Team’ button in the top right of any screen within a project.

• enter their email address

• chose their role

• click ‘send invite’

If an invited team member already has a Freque account, their name will show up with a pending-label. If they are new to Freque, only their role is shown. Freque does not show email addresses of team members for privacy reasons.

The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to join your project. The system has already registered their invitation, so if instead of checking their email they simply go to their home screen in Freque, or create an account with Freque (with the email address they have been invited to), your project will show up on their dashboard with the option to accept or decline the invitation.

Revoking Invites and Access

You can revoke an invitation or remove a team member from the project by clicking the ‘remove’ button to the right.

Permissions

Anyone invited to a project has full access to all lanes, cues, assets and communication within the project. They can’t see any of your other projects (unless you have invited them).
